Cycle Description
The Toppy Kompressor is simple to use and effective:
- Approach and Insertion: The operator places the Toppy Kompressor close to the merchandise before sliding the two prongs underneath the pallet.
- Lift and Lock: The product is gently lifted off the base and securely locked into a secure position by the machine when a button is pushed on the control panel.
- Tilt and Twist: The operator twists and tilts the load by 90 degrees using the control panel. They then physically rotate the load a complete 180 degrees while pressing the shutter release button.
- Air and Vibration Processing: The operator has the choice to turn on air and vibration processing to handle the load, if required. This makes it possible to align sheets, remove waste sheets, and remove dust effectively.
- Simple Pallet replacing: The Toppy Kompressor is designed to make replacing or removing pallets simple, resulting in a smooth workflow and increased production.
