“Load Transfer System”

If you need an automated pallet exchange system within a confined space, Toppy offers one of the most advanced and compact load transfer solutions available.

Automated pallet transfer system

Toppy’s load transfer system can handle various types of pallets. Since each system is custom-designed to suit the specific requirements of each customer, we would like to provide a detailed description of a specific scenario:

This particular process focuses solely on exchanging a GMA pallet with a CHEP pallet:

  1. An operator uses a forklift to transport the entire load to the receiving deck of the “LTS.”

  2. The two side plates securely lift the load to separate it from the pallet.

  3. The GMA pallet (to be replaced) automatically moves to the designated pallet stacker.

  4. Simultaneously, the other pallet stacker releases the CHEP pallet.

  5. The CHEP pallet follows the plate’s movement to position itself beneath the load within the receiving deck, with the product now resting above the receiving deck.

  6. The two side plates open to release the product onto the deck plate.

  7. The deck plate retracts, gently lowering the product onto the CHEP pallet.

  8. The two side plates close to stabilize and center the product on the destination CHEP pallet. Meanwhile, the GMA pallet is stacked in the pallet stacker.

  9. Finally, you’re ready to retrieve the load using the CHEP pallet.
