Toppy load turners are currently being used by thousands of printing facilities and are used in numerous areas of production. They help increase safety and productivity in pressrooms, binderies and shipping areas.

Toppy offers the most extensive line of load turners in the world. Our load turners are available in many configurations and sizes to handle half-size press sheets all the way up to 81″ super-size press sheets. Automatic units can be integrated with logistics and conveyor systems for automated workflows. Toppy pile turners exceed all American and European safety regulations.

In addition to turning piles, Toppy offers several models with air-jogging capabilities. Toppy air-joggers allow the operator to aerate, jog, and align piles of paper, board, plastic and other materials. These air-jogging units help remove dust, powder and waste sheets. In many situations, Toppy air-joggers facilitate the removal of wood boards from stacked piles.

	Toppy S	The Toppy S is Toppy's most affordable model. It is versatile and able to effectively turn loads. It is not self-propelled like the Toppy R.
	Toppy R	The Toppy R is an exceptionally agile and versatile machine. It is used for turning and transporting piles of paper, board, plastic, and other materials. The Toppy R is self-propelled like a powerful forklift, allowing it to go where the job is. This unit is available with a wide-base configuration called Toppy WB.
	Toppy PL	The Toppy PL is a versatile pile turner with platforms to accommodate different skid types. It shares many of the features of the Toppy R, but does not have a powered drive.
	Maxi Toppy R	The rugged Maxi Toppy R is used for turning and transporting large piles of paper, board, plastic, and other materials. It is self-propelled like a powerful forklift. This unit is available with a wide-base configuration called Maxi Toppy WB. The Maxi Toppy Jumbo is engineered to handle super large sheets up to 81".
	Toppy RAJ	The Toppy RAJ is an exceptionally rugged and agile machine. It is used for turning, transporting, aerating and jogging piles of paper, board, plastic and other materials.
	Toppy Twister	The Toppy Twister is a stationary pile turner and air-jogger with platforms. It has a rugged construction and engineered for effective conditioning of paper and board.
	Toppy Excel	Toppy Excel is an automatic and programmable stationary system. It is used for turning, aerating, jogging and conditioning loads of paper, cardboard, plastic and other materials. It is fast, rugged, and engineered for high volume operation.
	Master Toppy	Master Toppy is an automatic system for turning, aerating, jogging and conditioning loads of paper, cardboard, plastic and other materials. It is fast, rugged and engineered for heavy loads and high volume operation.
	Toppy-Lift	The Toppy-Lift has the combined features of a pallet jack and stack lift. It is used to transport and lift piles. A photocell detects the height of the pile and raises or lowers the lift automatically to the proper working height.
	Toppy-Lift WB	The Toppy-Lift WB has the combined features of a pallet jack and stack lift with a wide straddle-type base. This unit works with press dollie, open and closed bottom skids.
	Logistics Systems – Print	Toppy automatic pile turners and air-joggers can be combined with transfer systems to further increase production.
