The V Shape Retriever is engineered to provide important advantages over conventional pallet inverters.

V Shape Silver

The V Shape Silver shares the same function and similar features to the V Shape Retriever. In addition to automatic features, the V Shape Silver offers optional manual configurations to fit your specific needs. This unit is designed to be easily relocated with a forklift.

Machine Operation
The pallet with the load is placed on the lower platform by using a pallet jack or a forklift. At the start of the cycle, a clamping device secures the pallet to the platform. The upper platform then moves down until a photo sensor detects the load. The load is then lifted and rotated backwards.

With the load in the tilted position, the lower platform moves back to the floor carrying the pallet. The operator then replaces the pallet with a pallet jack or forklift. The Retriever lifts the platform again and places the new pallet under the load. The load with the new pallet is then lowered to the floor ready for removal.

The independent air supply unit is mounted on wheels and can be easily relocated. It consists of a powerful air blower operated by an inverter for precise air control. Three air bars with nozzles, protected by heavy steel plates, deliver air to the pile for effective sheet separation. The speed of the air nozzles and the amount of air delivered are both adjustable. A large jogging motor with variable speed control provides abundant jogging action. The Toppy RAJ is the perfect complement for mid-size and half-size printing presses or die-cutters.

Toppy WBAJ

The Toppy WBAJ shares the same function and capacity as the Toppy RAJ but has a wide straddle-type base to accommodate both open and closed bottom pallets.

The Inverter is available in two models, both are available with different size configurations. The Inverter S is designed with raised platforms and is loaded with a fork truck. The Inverter FL is designed so the platforms reach the ground when opened, allowing floor loading with a pallet jack and fork truck. Both Inverter models are available in a fully automatic version, which includes a complete mechanical and electronic safety barrier.

Toppy Inverter FL

The Toppy Retriever is self-propelled like a powerful forklift, allowing it to go where the job is. It has a proven hydraulic system for lifting and electrical system for moving. It does not require dedicated floor space or a permanent electrical connection.

Available in a wide base (straddle type) configuration for closed-bottom pallets.

The Toppy Mobile Pallet Inverter replaces pallets, turns and transports loads. It can be fitted with numerous accessories to better handle certain types of loads.

A rubber-coated platform and pressure gauge allows the turning of loads that require improved grip and are pressure sensitive.

Side guards keep unstable loads in place, such as small boxes and bags.

Available in a wide-base (straddle type) configuration for closed-bottom pallets.

Maxi Toppy MPI

The Maxi Toppy MPI shares the same function and features as the Toppy MPI but is engineered to handle larger loads. This unit is also available in a wide-base (straddle type) configuration.

The adjustable fork width and straddle-type base allows the Toppy-Lift WB to accommodate press dollies, open and closed bottom skids.

The Toppy Twister S is our most affordable stationary pile turner and air-jogger. It shares many of the high quality features of the Twister in an economical package.

Loads can be turned with or without applying pressure. It has a hydraulic system for lifting and an electrical system for moving. It features synchronized fork movement and centralized controls.

It does not require a permanent electrical connection, and the charger can recharge the battery from any 120-volt outlet. The battery can easily be replaced from the side for 24-hour operations.

The Maxi Toppy is the perfect complement for large and midsize printing presses and die-cutters.

Maxi Toppy WB

The Maxi Toppy WB has the same features and capacity as the Maxi R, but features a wide straddle-type base that allows it to handle both closed and open bottom pallets.


Maxi Toppy Jumbo

The Maxi Toppy Jumbo shares the same features as the Maxi Toppy R but is engineered to handle the super large format presses up to 81″. It is also available in a wide-base (straddle type) configuration.

It has a proven hydraulic system for lifting and an electrical system for moving. It does not require a permanent electrical connection. The charger can recharge the battery from any 120-volt outlet. The battery can easily be replaced from the side.

The Toppy R requires open bottom skids. It is the perfect complement for midsize and half-size printing presses and die cutters.

Toppy WB

The Toppy WB shares the same function and capacity as the Toppy R but has a wide straddle-type base to accomodate both open and closed bottom pallets.

It is used for pallet replacement and to turn piles of paper, board, plastic and other materials.

The Toppy PL is mounted on wheels, and can be easily moved to operate where it is needed. Once in position it operates like a stationary unit. Loads can be turned with or without applying pressure. It features a proven hydraulic system for lifting and turning. The Toppy PL does not require a permanent electrical connection. The charger can recharge the battery from any 120-volt outlet.

The Toppy PL is also available without a battery—instead using a 208/240 volt power system.
